The Duties Act 2001 calculators are only to be used for transactions dated on and after 1 March 2002. Transactions dated before 1 March 2002 must be referred to the Office of State Revenue for assessment under the Stamp Act 1894.

Please note: Mortgage duty was abolished in Queensland on 1st July 2008 and Lease duty was abolished in Queensland on 1st January 2006.
